Helpful information:
We can help you get reimbursed a portion of your session fee! Our fee is $205 per 45 minute session, and we are an Out of Network therapy practice, meaning we don’t accept insurance (but we do have a free guide on making your insurance pay you back a portion of the fee).
Here at Compassionate Counseling St. Louis, we're all about providing highly specialized, evidence-based therapy that's tailored to your unique needs. Whether it's anxiety, anxiety-driven anger, trauma, or any other challenge you're facing, we've got your back.
Balancing school schedules and therapy appointments can feel like a juggling act. But here's the good news: we've got options to make it easier for your child to get the support they need during the school day.
Many schools offer a space for virtual therapy! We’re here to make it convenient for your child or teen to access therapy during the school day. Our flexible scheduling means we can offer appointments throughout the day, and if possible, we're more than happy to adjust our start times to align with the school schedule. Whether it's on the hour or half-hour mark, we'll find a time that works for your child or teen for in-person or for virtual services via our HIPAA compliant virtual therapy room.
Study halls are an easy time for teens to step away - especially if they’re driving age. Again, if we need to adjust our schedule slightly to accommodate drive time, please ask during your intake call and we’ll discuss options.
Teacher Support: Believe it or not, many teachers are totally on board with counseling and may be more flexible than you think. They understand the importance of mental health and are often willing to accommodate your child's therapy schedule. With your permission, we can even consult with the teacher to provide additional support tailored to your child's needs.
