We know how important it is to find the best fit.

All therapists are trained on the best ways to target anxiety, anger, and stress management, and receive ongoing supervision from Kelsey to make sure they’re responding to your or your child’s clinical needs, the best way that they can. Our anxiety therapists are passionate about providing quality, individualized therapy for you. Research shows that clinical fit is even more important than the type of therapy you get, so we work closely to track and incorporate your feedback in to each and ever session.

Additional Services

We’re here to treat anxiety in kids, teens, and college students, however it looks. In addition to our focus on anxiety and anger management skills, our clinicians tailor their approach to each client, and offer additional services such play therapy informed interventions, CBT, and TF-CBT. We track the clinical effectiveness of our interventions through Feedback Informed Treatment and use the data to ensure that we’re providing the best possible therapeutic care to our kids, teens, college students, and families.
